Jonathan B. Horn is Founder and Principal of Prince Capital Advisors. Jonathan has over 16 years of finance experience and has been involved in a total trade volume with an equivalent value in excess of €10 Billion throughout his career. He has extensive experience in investment banking advisory, the capital markets, and the disposition of distressed or problematic debt instruments and assets in the secondary market. Primarily, Jonathan’s experience has focused on debt secured by real estate, aircraft and shipping vessels.

As Principal, Jonathan oversees the advisory team and is directly responsible for the successful execution of the team’s transactions. Additionally, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm and is actively involved in all steps of the transaction process including origination, underwriting, due diligence, marketing, and execution. In his role, Jonathan is focused on developing and maintaining client relationships among private, corporate, and institutional investors.

Prior to starting Prince Capital, Jonathan founded Besen Special Assets, a division of the Besen Group. Before joining Besen, Jonathan was the Senior Managing Director at an international private equity firm with offices in New York, London and Paris where his group was responsible for investments focusing primarily on the acquisition of large portfolios of residential whole loans. He began his career in real estate as Director of Investment Sales with Murray Hill Properties in New York. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from New York University.
