Samuel Boyd currently serves as Managing Director of Prince Capital Advisors’ North American Loan Sale Advisory & Debt/Equity platform where he oversees business development, the strategic expansion into new opportunistic markets and the exclusive representation of community, regional & national banks, private equity & hedge funds, financial service firms, investment & life companies, family offices & high net worth individuals with a specific focus on the disposition of debt instruments, distressed assets, workout scenarios and recapitalizations including debt and equity placement across all asset types & performance classes.

Samuel is a graduate of Manhattan College where he received his Bachelor of Arts in International Economics & Marketing. Samuel is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Jersey & New York.
